Arcadia Well Woman was founded in 2007 by Dale Ann Dorsey, MSN, RNP-C with the vision of creating a health care practice that treats every patient with individual attention and high quality care. The assistants and office staff at Arcadia Well Woman are highly-trained and exceptionally friendly. We understand that for many, visiting a health care provider can be a stressful experience. Our comfortable surroundings and compassionate health care professionals will ease your fears.

	Dale Ann Dorsey, MSN, RNP-C Dale Ann received her BSN from ASU and worked in maternal/child health as a labor and delivery nurse, childbirth educator and clinical nursing instructor.  She completed her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner training at Harbor/UCLA and her MSN at California State University, Long Beach.  She is Board Certified in Women's Health.  Before entering private practice, she worked at 2 valley OB/GYN offices and the ASU Student Health Center.  She is also a Women's Health Preceptor at ASU College of Nursing and awarded Preceptor of the Year for 2009. One of her interests is research and she actively participates as an investigator in many women's health and dermatologic clinical trials.  She believes in providing patient care with a holistic perspective, incorporating mind-body-spirit and brings over 20 years experience to her gynecology practice. 	Maria German, CMA Maria is a medical assistant and skin care specialist.  She bring to our practice many years of experience assisting in gynecology and performing aesthetic skin care treatments.
